Terms of Sale
The terms that apply when you buy a digital product from this shop.

1. These terms
By buying any product from LeeChuanjing Shop you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not purchase. These terms apply to every order placed through this site.
2. What you are buying
All products are digital files — Excel workbooks, PDF guides and PNG image files — delivered as ZIP downloads immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped physically.
3. Licence
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files. For the line art PNG pack this includes commercial use of the images in your own work — prints, merchandise, blog and social graphics, client projects — but you may not resell or redistribute the image files themselves, in whole or in part, as a clip-art pack or any competing product.
For the Excel workbooks and PDF guides you may adapt them and reuse the formulas for your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute or include them in a product of your own.
4. Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by Gumroad. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT that your jurisdiction may add at checkout. Delivery is instantaneous: the download link appears on the confirmation screen and in your email as soon as payment clears.
5. Refunds
Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we cannot accept returns on downloaded products. We do however guarantee the files work: if a file is corrupt, will not open, or is materially not what the product page describes, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it with a working file or refund your payment in full, at our choice.
If you have bought the same product twice by accident, contact us and we will refund the duplicate.
6. No warranty on outcomes
These tools help you calculate, plan and compare. They are not a substitute for professional advice, for a building inspector, for a structural engineer, or for the manufacturer's data sheet. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the output of these files, for costs incurred from a purchase you did not need, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
7. Intellectual property
All products, the names LeeChuanjing and LeeChuanjing Shop, and the contents of this site remain our property or that of our licensors. You may link to our pages freely. You may not copy the products or this site's content for resale.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to resell, share or redistribute purchased files, do not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source of the workbooks, and do not use the site to host or distribute infringing content.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.
